Meet the Hat Lady

Hi! I'm Dr. Sarah. Undiagnosed, but learning that my procrastination, 10,000 running brain tabs, rejection sensitivity, and anxiety/depression may not be so unrelated.

For 30 years I tried to be the organized 'journal' girlie, before accepting that isn't who I am, and learning how to love myself and organize my life in ways that worked for me (and my brain).

The hats I wear include occupational therapist, wife, mom, full-time employee, business owner/entrepreneur, band-aid supplier, snack distributor, entertainer, chef, house cleaner, and crazy chicken lady.
